I’ve been meaning to write you to let you know how well I’m doing with your files.I think they are pretty fantastic…. My workouts have been much improved, and while it is probably too early to actually see results, some numbers can’t lie: When I started the nightly ritual of listening to your files at bedtime, my basic stats were 178# and 24% bodyfat. I’m now into week 5, and I’m down to 175#, and 21% bodyfat. I think that’s progress! Overall, desire and determination to both get to the gym, and when at the gym to do good hard work is definitely increased.
I’m now finding the time to workout, whereas before I was always finding reasons not to.I now almost never lose count of how many reps I’ve done. In the past, I’d get halfway through a set and I’d forget was rep I was on. Now, even when I’m doing ab work with 50-75 reps, I always know exactly what rep I’m on…. I am eating about the same overall amount of food per day, but I’m choosing far more wisely. Much more in the salad department, much less in the red meat department. Also, my constant hunger for sugared snacks, etc., has diminished considerably. [In addition,] I used to shun eating fruits, other than bananas. Now I’m buying grapes, apples and blueberries regularly, and eating them instead of letting them rot in my refrigerator. … I’m very thankful!

I’ve been listening for a month now and my routine is solid. I’m stronger and a bit leaner thanks to it and it feels great to finally be motivated!

I’ve been working out for years, but hit a plateau. Even though I could sense that there was another level of muscle mass and achievement I could get to, I was satisfied with where I was. I pushed myself at the gym but had stopped setting and working towards specific goals. Ever since Country Jock became part of my life, I’ve been noticing it feels more natural to speak in a southern accent. Even had a few times at work I felt like it might have come out and noticed I was putting some effort into not having an accent. I’ve been pushing myself really hard at the gym too, and also wearing buckles, cowboy boots, hat all the time. Keeping that country jock in my head was great motivation for my lifting and kept all those things in focus, but the main effect was giving me the confidence to embrace the changes happening in my life.

I’ve found myself compulsively doing sets of random exercises, and I just kind of zone out and bliss out, and it’s great. Even right after that first listen, I was going to eat garbage and instead went to the store to buy a ton of healthy food. Again, almost on autopilot, but it felt right. Like I was doing the right thing to be better for you, and for me.
I broke my sunglasses, and ended up buying a new pair in a style that I wouldn’t have usually… I’m sure people are going to comment on them cause it’s a bit of like a “frat bro” kind of look (at least in my mind). I think they’re great and kind of can’t wait to just shrug it off and say how much I like them. Then I went and got my hair cut, which I also needed, but again just a little shorter on the sides than I usually do… Thinking how it would fit real well together, and I was imagining it just like removing all those old hesitations and bad parts, and I felt so light afterwards… I still do.And then there was nothing in any of my DVR or Netflix that I really wanted to watch so I’m watching hockey for the second time in a week (after never doing that before). It just seemed like the right thing, all the other stuff seemed boring in comparison.
And it’s only been a few listens so I can’t even… There was just a goal and I got that rush inside that I know from my custom file so it’s all coming together and it’s like I can finally just accept it and let myself be how I want because you know what’s right.It’s incredibly hot, and I’m going to listen a lot tonight. It’s exactly what I need in my life for so many reasons, and I’m unbelievably grateful.

It’s now been 9 days into my daily listen to your Dumb Jock file. I don’t know what your ‘secret sauce’ is, but I never would have believed this much change was possible in such a short time. I changed up my workout more or less on impulse after the first or second hypno session, making it simpler and doing shorter bursts in the course of the day. The result is that my muscles have grown at a faster rate than in any other training I’ve done before. (I catch myself flexing more, too, as well as wearing tank tops around the house.) My libido has shot up to the point where it’s probably typical for a guy who’s 20 years younger than I am. I can tell I’m thinking simpler, but it doesn’t seem that anyone else can tell. Being simpler also doesn’t get in the way of anything else I want to do. In fact, it seems to be cutting my stress, and of course it feels so great. That’s cool: I don’t need to be impaired! At first I thought of making this a 30-day challenge, but now I don’t think I can stop. I can’t remember ever being this motivated before. It’s the best trip of my life: thanks!

All my life, workouts have been tolerated to a point, then given up. I would do the exercises until they got tough and then I would stretch out the breaks in between sets to either recover, or more often, to delay starting the next set in hopes that time would run out. I did them because I knew that I *should* do them. Did I want to, Hell no!
Lately I’ve been pushing on to the next exercise, but still taking time (tho admittedly less time) to rest. Yesterday’s workout was tough and left my hamstrings and glutes sore. Today I had a killer workout to do: Half mile on the treadmill at 5mph 1.5% grade; 500ft on the VersaClimber; 100 horizontal pull-ups; 50 Cross-fit push-ups; 75 Sit-ups. All this had to be done in approximately 30 min. I believe 4 other people have attempted this so far and they did not make it. I’m told the VersaClimber killed them for the rest of the workout. I completed it in 31m 6s, and I didn’t rest more than a few seconds at a time! I didn’t even want to rest, but I had to in order to give my muscles a break from what my brain was telling them to do. This is a complete 180° for me, and it’s all thanks to the files from MuscleMesmerizer.com…. I’ve been using these files [for months] to help me change my habits.
I’ve been listening to hypnosis recordings since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had MANY over the years. Records. Cassette Tapes. CDs. MP3s. etc. None of them have ever taken hold and done any good. I’ve had in-person sessions and been online with many hypnotists, both professional and recreational, trying to work on getting me more motivated to workout. Again, no success. But, since January I’ve steadily gotten better about not delaying and pushing through the workouts. How did I do it? What did I use? Lots of files from Coach Josh. Here is what I did…
I started listening to Coach’s files. The ones that I listen to most are: Desire for Muscle; Enjoy Working Out; Muscle Lust Motivator; Workout for Coach. I use FileManager on my iPad and let them play on repeat during the night. I would usually start around 11pm and by 3am I would wake up and turn it off to sleep the next 2 hours or so in silence. In addition I’ve paid for…Skype sessions with Coach which also helped quite a bit. In addition, I have a playlist for my nutrition: Desire to be Healthy; Eat Right for Coach; [and sometimes] Serious for Coach.
….. Now, I’ve only gone really deep with one or two hypnotists in my life. With his files I was able to go so deep that my fingers and arms would get so numb that they would start tingling as if there was no blood flow in them. I have a Fitbit Flex tracker that measures my movement both while I’m awake and asleep. If you looked at the measurements taken when I was listening to Coach’s files, you would see that I did not move at all. Even tho the rest of the night (without the files) I was moving. Great way to see how deep you are going and to watch the effectiveness of the trance state.
Anyway, I digress. What I’m saying is that with all of this, and my new nutrition regimen, I have lost 23lbs since January (17lbs of them fat), dropped from 34%BF down to 28%BF, and changed my outlook on my workouts. They are still killer and I still dread how tough they will be, but I can’t wait to tackle and conquer them.
So, get your files, listen to them, make personal session appointments, get a tracker, do whatever you need to do and commit to make yourself better. Coach Josh’s stuff is definitely the best weapon in my arsenal for this fight, and it can be yours as well. Remember, commitment isn’t about the amount of time you spend, it’s a line you cross. Either you are committed or you’re not. Get committed!
