The first few files follow the basics of the motivation files closely and it is not recommended you buy both versions; this is simply another motivation option tailored to men that enjoy the coach fantasy. Most products come with at least TWO FILES -be it the full file and the body of the file for optimal customization, or long and short versions of the hypnotic recordings. Exceptions, like Post-Workout Rejuvenation, will be lower-priced.Files – including most preview tracks below – have binaural theta waves in the “om” mantra music background. This simply assists with going deep in trance, but if you are sensitive to binaurals, please contact me about alternatives.
