ABOUT COACH JOSH

Coach Josh has been hypnotizing men for muscle motivation, as well as in other areas, for over a decade on a recreational basis.  After graduating college with honors, he worked a full-time job for several years before resigning in late 2013 to focus on his passions and dreams. One of those passions is muscle, and one of those dreams was this site, which launched right before New Year’s of that year. Due to technical issues outside of Coach’s control, the site was redesigned on a new platform and relaunched in April 2019.

Some of the file ideas have come from hypnosis clients that Coach Josh has worked with, including “Future You as Coach” and “Hungry for Muscle,” while files such as the visualization training series were developed based on routines from an experienced personal trainer. Though his files are meant for motivational and entertainment purposes, Coach Josh hopes he succeeds in using hypnosis to help “coach” you towards meeting your goals.

Whether you seek hypnosis to gain muscle, hypnosis for bodybuilding goals, hypnosis to lose weight, or any other fitness and nutrition goal, Coach Josh hopes he can help you with his current and upcoming files, by incorporating related products onto this site, and with motivational photos and helpful advice in the blog and social media. The Muscle Mesmerizer is looking forward to seeing your body transformation and those before and after photos!

ABOUT HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is not as you see in most entertainment, but rather a useful motivation tool that can help increase the pleasures of activities such as exercise, help to lower inhibitions preventing one from going to the gym, and help one to feel more energy as they push for one more. Most of my files, of course, are best when combined with proper nutrition and training, and are not a replacement. And yet, just like taking certain supplements like creatine might give you an edge, so can hypnosis.

While more of Coach’s thoughts on hypnosis can be found on the F.A.Q. page, there are even studies that have shown people made improvement WITHOUT exercise.  Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it? But it’s not – studies have shown that simply visualizing exercises can still work your muscles! While there’s no doubt that hitting the weights in real life nets better results than exercises of the mind, the results of these visualization studies are still incredibly impressive – and combining physical and visual exercises could unleash unknown potential! Grow bigger faster than you ever thought possible with hypnosis. Grow stronger faster than you ever thought possible with hypnosis. It is important to remember that hypnosis experiences can vary for everybody, but take a look at some of these findings:

recent study from Bishop’s University compared three groups of men: one that physically performed hip flexions, one that only did this exercise through mental training, and a control group. The findings, published in The North American Journal of Psychology, saw little change with the control group, a 28.3% increase in strength with the physical training group, and a slightly-less-but-still-incredible 23.7% increase in the mental training group. In addition, both training groups showed small improvements in heart health and blood pressure.

Another study, published in Neuropsychologia in 2004, detailed the testing of volunteers performing “mental contractions” of little finger abduction. While the physical training group increased the finger abduction strength by 53%, the mental training group still increased finger strength by 35% while a control group showed no significant changes. It was concluded that the mental training drove the muscles to a higher activation level, resulting in an increase in strength.

Even a century ago, British psychiatrist J.A. Hadfield wrote in The Psychology of Power about how he asked three people to submit themselves to strength test using a dynamometer. The average grip for these three was 101 pounds. After being given suggestions they were weak, the grip dropped to 29 pounds. After using hypnosis to tell them they were very strong, the grip jumped to 142 pounds. Amazing!

Unfortunately, many more studies need to be done on this area, but the few studies out there are very encouraging in regards to the power of the mind.

Muscle Mesmerizer Motivation does not promise unbelievable results, but Coach and this site do believe that the mind has a lot of potential that can be tapped into as you work towards your goals. And when it comes to training, the effect is cumulative … just as one gets better with exercises or sports over time, one can get better with going into a deep trance over time as one learns to let go to suggestions that will strengthen the mind for a stronger workout, a stronger discipline to diet, and a stronger body.
