New Recording: Post-Workout Rejuvenation
I had released this earlier this fall for Patrons (at least the upper tiers should still have active links for discounts until around New Year’s), but I’m now getting around to the even wider general release. Unlike some of my longer files, this one clocks at just under a half-hour for both the General version and the For Coach version…. perfect for a half-hour power-nap.
