New Recording: Post-Workout Rejuvenation
I had released this earlier this fall for Patrons (at least the upper tiers should still have active links for discounts until around New Year’s), but I’m now getting around to the even wider general release. Unlike some of my longer files, this one clocks at just under a half-hour for both the General version and the For Coach version…. perfect for a half-hour power-nap. And that is essentially what this session is meant to be! Although you should still keep yourself hydrated, using quick-absorbing protein, etc., another way to recover after a hard session is to rest those muscles with a nap. With limited time, this hypnosis session is intended to take you deep to activate that recovery better than just resting your eyes for a few minutes, helping you to hopefully wake up re-energized for the day ahead!
