In all honesty, the idea of a file promoting the production of testosterone was something that interested me yet also made me hesitant. After all, though I had seen other files that make such claims, and know that hypnosis can work for many (check my FAQ if you're new to it) due to both feedback on my own files as well as seeing various studies, I didn't know about this - and as my fans know, I don't like to make guarantees or false claims.

What I do enjoy is talking about the potential of hypnosis, and that is where I finally found a way to make a testosterone file I could feel good about selling. You see, just like hypnosis, the production of testosterone does have a lot to do with the power of the mind. Study after study has shown how it spikes at certain times when people are on winning streaks, about to fight, or even after standing in a power pose for just two minutes. Getting enough sleep, eating the right foods, and intense workouts (but not overtraining) can also help. 

With that in mind, the new testosterone motivator encourages the mind to increase production... but also takes into account that even if your actual levels remain stagnant (please see a medical professional if you do struggle with low testosterone production), the human mind can still feel pumped up as if they have more testosterone thanks to the power of the hypno-powered subconscious mind. Though of course it is a temporary experience, it is also suggested that the effects last longer in this as one slowly becomes more masculine, is encouraged not to shave unless needed for their job, and of course, also becomes motivated through this hypnosis mp3 to go work out more and build that beefy body.

My own resolutions for 2015 include working on my own body, adding more to the sites including new files, and further growing this into my profession as I offer you more and more. It's been a year since I launched musclemesmerizer.com! In honor of that, the holidays, and all those New Year's resolutions coming up, I have discounted all prices! I am way overdue for a post here, and apologize for that... but what better time to post then Thanksgiving? After all, I'm very grateful for all the support, positive feedback, and encouragement I have received from you all.

There has been a personal situation I've been dealing with the last couple months involving someone with mental illness. It's ended up taking a lot of my time and energy so I apologize that I haven't had much new to show here. I think things are about to get back on track, though there will be some holiday travels. But hopefully there's some good new things soon! Feel free to send me your ideas as well. 

Despite unexpected distractions, I've managed to hang on and have now made it a year on my own doing the hypnosis and a few other freelance jobs. It's not big money and not easy, but it has been worth it to have so many of you respond so positively and help spread the word. I really am feeling so thankful today, and hope this is something that will continue to grow (right along with all your muscles! :) ). 

Thank you as well for your patience as I have dealt with personal matters. I have had a few custom hires in there and when that happens, I work extra to make sure I can still get those done, so feel free to inquire about those still. As for my very long list of other files, perhaps a few yet this year and then here's hoping for a very big 2015!

But anyone that pays for a custom hypnosis file has their work put first, and I just had a very strange one. Usually I charge - as of 7/31/14, subject to change - $150 and will make it unique with your name or other custom request, but will edit it and resell at standard prices if I am able. Honestly $150 is low for the amount of hours I put in to a file. But with a strange request that I can't resell, I may charge $200 or so. 

If you've been afraid of being judged though, don't be. I might not understand it, but that won't stop me from doing a file so long as I feel I understand enough of what you are looking for to do a good job. I just ask that the file be for yourself, that you understand and accept any consequences that might happen to yourself (if you want me to make you mindless, well, it might not work, but if it does, I am NOT going to take care of you), and that it would not cause harm to anybody else. 

You can request an erotic one or a regular one as well - of course I always recommend to try my free files first. And if you don't quite have the big bucks but have a great idea that you think could resell, definitely send it in! 
After much consideration, I am going to discontinue the regularly scheduled video posts. I will still blog when I have updates about files (send in your ideas), news about testimonials, the occasional trance talk (send in your questions), the occasional submission of bodybuilding articles or non-adult muscle growth stories (remember you can ask me about content for content trades for files and I do accept stuff for my other sites as well), and perhaps still a video post here and there. 

The primary reason is because I have a long list of hypnosis files I want to write yet haven't had time to start writing them. It's unclear to me if the regular blog posts do help drive people to the files, but it is the hypno mp3s that make me money not the posts and I as one man cannot compete with more professional fitness advice sites. What I can do is continue to provide quality hypnosis, so that is going to be my primary focus. I have a week or so of catch-up on updating sites and such, and then I am going to get busy writing some new hypnosis scripts. I will continue to look for other ways to bring new options and new content as well, and welcome any ideas. 

If for some reason I hear back from enough of you that the video updates are an important part of why you buy files from me, or if I start to get caught up enough with everything else, perhaps they will return. Otherwise thank you for your understanding, and stay tuned!
