I am way overdue for a post here, and apologize for that... but what better time to post then Thanksgiving? After all, I'm very grateful for all the support, positive feedback, and encouragement I have received from you all.

There has been a personal situation I've been dealing with the last couple months involving someone with mental illness. It's ended up taking a lot of my time and energy so I apologize that I haven't had much new to show here. I think things are about to get back on track, though there will be some holiday travels. But hopefully there's some good new things soon! Feel free to send me your ideas as well. 

Despite unexpected distractions, I've managed to hang on and have now made it a year on my own doing the hypnosis and a few other freelance jobs. It's not big money and not easy, but it has been worth it to have so many of you respond so positively and help spread the word. I really am feeling so thankful today, and hope this is something that will continue to grow (right along with all your muscles! :) ). 

Thank you as well for your patience as I have dealt with personal matters. I have had a few custom hires in there and when that happens, I work extra to make sure I can still get those done, so feel free to inquire about those still. As for my very long list of other files, perhaps a few yet this year and then here's hoping for a very big 2015!

I hope you all are having a great Thanksgiving holiday weekend, and for those of you that live elsewhere on this globe, just know I am also thankful for you! Keep enjoying it all, keep working out hard and eating right for Coach, and stick with it because you can transform your body!
