The heading is true. I don't know how you'll react. I of course have ideas and hopes of how you'll react... for example if I suggest you enjoy working out more, I sure hope you enjoy working out more! (And given the positive feedback, it seems like most of you have - though as I've said before, some are naturals while others need to listen for a while and learn to truly let the message in to their subconscious). 

Yet, there are always those responses I get that surprise me. On a past file I did not related to fitness or muscle hypnosis, I had a brief deepener using the color white. One subject wrote me that he found he desired to wear white clothing after having listened a few times, which was not suggested by me. The latest example is a guy who just started listening to files in the "For Coach" series, which has an element suggesting that one is a good boy for coach in terms of working out and eating right to please Coach when it comes to goals for the body. It is not meant to impact other areas of life - but it did him as follows:

"And, weirdly, I was... I don't know... feeling very civic minded? Less cynical? I vaguely reminded myself of the goody two-shoes teacher's pet I rebelled against being after grade school. Very helpful to people I wouldn't have engaged with before, cheerfully upbeat (though the latter isn't *that* much out of character, I do have depression and don't see that side of me much at work). "Good Boy" indeed, huh?"

He saw other benefits as well, though I'll edit them out of here to keep this specific post anonymous, but it's interesting that his subconscious took the "good boy" suggestions more literally than I had intended. My hypnosis does often help people improve in mood, but there are no suggestions to be more helpful to others in his files. 

I was a little mixed on sharing this, as I don't want you to be scared about unintended results, and yet I feel like it is an important issue many others would gloss over. If you have listened to my files, you know I do my best to safeguard the listener. For example, I encourage people to push in the workout - but also only as long as they can still use good form as they respect the limits of their bodies. 

That said, once in a while somebody responds in a way that I did not expect - and that is one reason I don't give guarantees. Everybody is different. Now, most people that listen to my files will NOT have any unexpected surprises (unless you were a doubter and end up surprised by how strong the file ended up on you, which has happened numerous times). If you are one of those rare cases though where you wonder about an effect, feel free to contact me. 

Your subconscious won't permit anything that you aren't agreeable with when you start listening to a file, as it's the repetition that really gets one to change (and also why I previously advised listening to a file first, while awake, so that you do know what is in the message). But because this is not an exact science, if you do feel there is some effect NOT suggested in the file that you would like to have help with, and the same applies for after being hired for one on one, then let me know the issue and we can work on countering it at no extra cost. Even though I don't do the whole guarantee thing as I am a realist that everyone responds differently, I do want you to be happy with the experiences and achieving the results that you seek to achieve with my hypnosis for bodybuilding mp3s. 

While I don't always know how you'll react, I do know that hypnosis can be an excellent way to motivate your mind and that most of the feedback for my specific files has been positive, so don't let my honesty scare you off - at least give one of my free files a try! How bout this coach, I was hungry and in a hurry and stopped at McDonalds, could not bring myself to order my usual burger and fries, I did order a salad and it was actually very good, who knew?

Perhaps it surprised you, but that one isn't so surprising to me ;) It's definitely in line with the suggestions for a healthier, stronger body. Hopefully you got some chicken on that or some other protein in there and do watch the dressings with the salads, but am glad you are finding the healthier food starting to be tastier.
