Recently, a study had said too much protein could be bad for you and I questioned the results as not enough was revealed about the type of proteins and other factors. Now, a new study says that muscle mass could be linked to a longer life. This isn't really surprising, as it only makes sense that being stronger and healthier as we get older - as we unfortunately naturally begin to become weaker no matter our current fitness level - would be a benefit. Though the article doesn't mention protein, protein is of course essential to building muscle. Though I'm not a nutritionist, scientist, or other such professional, my past professional work experience does mean I'm very familiar with how press releases get turned into news. Due to that, I again always caution to not buy into the hype of any one study. Some things contradict each other and are meant to advance a point. Other things are proven time and time again - you don't ever really see studies saying that having no muscle is good for you. So, if you want to be cautious with the type of protein you eat, go ahead. But still find a way to consume that protein, because having at least a little bit of muscle tone IS good for you. How much muscle might be up for debate, but muscle and the workouts you do to build muscle have many benefits, so make sure you are feeding your body properly to build or maintain at least some muscle.

If you have fit through your body out side and also from inside. Then it is good to live good life and if you have not fit then you are not able to live good life. And after that its all on you which kind of life you want to live if you love your life then you think about this.
