Too many non-customers were downloading the customization bundle despite having made it very clear that these would do no good to non-customers as they were not full files but rather partial files to be used with the bodies of pay files for playlist customization (the free files only come as full files). Customers can still get the customization bundle for free but in a roundabout manner: a code will be sent with each purchase. If you have already bought a file but did not download the customization package yet, please contact Coach Josh with your order info and all will be set right. 

I am wondering if people have a preference for the standard music versus binaural music? The voice isn't binaural in the files, so I am wondering if the binaurals in the music background do help to lead people into a deeper trance. If you've ordered a file and would like to try the other version, again send me an e-mail with your order info and I'll send the other version in exchange for your feedback. I am contemplating only offering the standard version as to keep things simpler, but will keep offering both if there is enough interest / response. Versions with no music are also available by contacting me; I just don't have enough storage space for all three at this time though might switch out the binaurals for no music versions - so also put in your votes for no music if you prefer.     I’ve been listening to hypnosis recordings since I was about 10 years old. I’ve had MANY over the years.... None of them have ever taken hold and done any good. I’ve had in-person sessions and been online with many hypnotists, both professional and recreational, trying to work on getting me more motivated to workout. Again, no success.
