A cauliflower pizza recipe has been posted before here, but I kind of like this take on using cauliflower to do mini-pizzas - great idea for when you're having a few friends over and want to provide snacks that aren't murder on the macros. There's a somewhat similar recipe below for muffin tin lasagna.

I'm not personally a fan of tuna, but I love chicken alfredo so I may have to try a modified version of this high-protein fettuccine tuna alfredo using mung bean fettuccine (I've linked to a different kind then the recipe calls for, but it seems to be better reviewed and slightly cheaper).

One of my favorite summer foods? Strawberries. Great in protein smoothies and also great in healthier desserts - like this protein strawberry shortcake. Mmmmmm!
